What helps us flourish?
It's a question I've found myself asking more and more over the past few years.
As a reflexologist and Reiki practitioner, I'm endlessly curious about what supports our wellbeing, not just when we're unwell, but what helps us feel healthy, resilient and able to enjoy life.
Sometimes the answers come from research. Sometimes from conversations with clients. Sometimes from books, podcasts or time spent in nature. And occasionally, as you'll discover, from walking with wolves!
This page is where I share those discoveries. Some articles explore the science of stress, recovery and health-span. Others are simply reflections on the small moments that remind us what it means to be human.
