Reflexology
Foot reflexology is the most popular form of treatment that can provide quick results and the relaxing and calming effect can leave you feeling rebalanced and rejuvenated.

Facial Acupressure
Unlike many other facials, each treatment is tailored to your individual needs and incorporates acupressure points and releasing muscular facial structures. You also have the added option of combining this with foot reflexology and/or Reiki for the ultimate holistic treatment.

Reiki
Reiki is a gentle, energy-based therapy that promotes deep relaxation, balance, and emotional well-being. Rooted in Japanese tradition, Reiki works by channeling universal life energy through the hands, either placed lightly on or just above the body.

Auricular reflexology is based on the idea that the outer ear acts as a microsystem of the whole body. Using tiny ear seeds or gentle pressure to stimulate carefully selected points, this safe and non-invasive therapy is commonly used to support relaxation, emotional wellbeing and general health. It has also been explored in healthcare settings for a range of applications, including supporting people with persistent pain, migraines and addiction recovery, alongside conventional care.

Hand Reflexology
For a variety of reasons traditional reflexology may not be an option, yet hand reflexology can be just as powerful and relaxing. It is also a powerful self-help tool for you to use between sessions.

Corporate Wellness
Studies have shown on-site Reflexology can reduce the numbers of sick days lost due to stress, it can also increase staff well-being and motivation, staff satisfaction, feelings of support and improved company loyalty.
